One of the prime benefits of investing in Alpine is the type of town you are investing in, and Alpine has an affluent population. The properties have large lots with large homes, with many homes having three to eight bedrooms. -
Cons of Investing in Alpine
Alpine is one of the most expensive cities in Utah. The high cost of living in Alpine creates a narrower pool of applicants. With this being said, once a qualified applicant is placed a large revenue stream is coming in providing you with an excellent investment property. Another aspect to consider is that alpine is tucked up into the mountains and will not be the perfect fit for tenants wanting to live close to the city. Luckily, every tenants’ needs are different and while one may prefer to be close to the city another may love the large lot sizes and open land that Alpine provides.
