Utah Property Solutions is a property management company based in South Jordan, Utah that prioritizes transparency, innovation, integrity, stewardship, and work ethic. Our mission is to offer unparalleled property management services to clients in the Salt Lake City, Sandy, Herriman, Draper, Cottonwood Heights, Murray, South Jordan, Riverton, Lehi, American Fork and more.
We are a veteran-owned and operated company, and our goal is to manage a curated portfolio of class A and B properties that align with our culture and management model. Our property management agreements are month-to-month and can be canceled with a 30-day notice, demonstrating our commitment to earning our clients' business every day through transparency in our dealings.
Our leasing staff are licensed realtors in good standing with the Utah Division of Real Estate and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. With many of our employees owning investment properties, we approach property management with a sense of understanding and empathy. We make decisions by asking ourselves "what would we want someone to do if it were our property", ensuring prompt and efficient resolution to any situation.

A retired Air Force Veteran with 20-years of military service, Jason is the cornerstone of Utah Property Solutions. After 13+ years selling real estate Jason came to realize that something was lacking in the Utah Property Management Industry and therefore, founded Utah Property Solutions to give property owners and investors a better option for their Property Management needs. Jason is passionate about giving personalized service and responding to clients and tenants promptly and prides himself on running Utah Property Solutions with 100% transparency.
Jason has a B.S. in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Utah. He’s been a certified SCUBA diver since he was 13 and would rather be under water than hiking in the mountains. He’s afraid of heights… More than anything Jason is most proud of being a dad loves spending time with his family. Over the years he has adopted the motto, “if it were easy, everyone would do it”.

I’m an International Business graduate, mom to the best 12-year-old in the world, and I have a curiosity comparable to the size of Jupiter. That same curiosity is what has driven me to get experience in areas that are usually not related to each other (but still very fun and useful!) such as Accounting, Marketing, International Trade, Teaching, Writing, you name it!
A couple months ago, my curiosity journey brought me to Utah Property Solutions. I got introduced to Jason who told me all about the challenging but beautiful world of Property Management. After a few meetings with him and the team I knew that this was going to be a very special ride. The team at UPS welcomed me with open arms and allowed me to take ownership of several projects from the start, which means that all of my days have been different, but there is one thing that always remains the same and that is my desire to help solve problems and make this a happy experience for everyone involved. I'm excited to see what the future holds for us as a company and I will forever be thankful to be a part of this.

After graduating from Utah Tech with a B.S. in Communication, Katelyn returned north and has now been a part of the Utah Property Solutions (UPS) team for over two incredible years! Katelyn says that Joining UPS has continued to be a rewarding journey. Over this period, she has expanded her knowledge of property management significantly and taken on a pivotal role in guiding our new property owners through the onboarding process.
Katelyn greatly loves that each day presents unique challenges and opportunities for learning and growth. Katelyn also highly values the camaraderie of her team and considers them as her work family. Karla Calderon » Customer Service & Tenant Relations
A proud CSUF graduate with a B.A. in Sociology focused in Health and Social Welfare and certified in Human Resources Management, Karla is a dedicated supporter of the Titans. Born and raised in Southern California, specifically Orange County, she spent 26 years there. Despite being new to the Property Management industry, Karla finds great fulfillment in her work, embracing the opportunity to learn something new each day. She values the flexibility of working from home, allowing her to remain close to her son. Karla is committed to her role, consistently striving to excel and expand her expertise. On a personal note, she is a first-time mother, navigating the challenges and joys of parenthood. In her leisure time, Karla enjoys spending quality moments with loved ones, as well as engaging in activities such as running and exercising.
Bill Rice » Field Technician
Bill is a jack of all trades! He worked for the Juab School District for 38 years and is now a part of the
Utah Property Solutions team! Bill is our field technician and makes sure that all our properties are in great
shape before renting them out! Bill is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done the right way!
Bill has been married to his wife for 15 years and has 7 kids and 14 grandkids. In Bills free time he enjoys spending time with his family. Bill enjoys biking going and to Swig for his mountain dew. Another fun fact about Bill is a great carpenter and enjoys building toys for all his grandkids in his spare time.

With a background in molecular biology, Nils has transitioned into a new chapter of his career following retirement. His previous career equipped him with great attention to detail, a trait that greatly benefits his role as a property inspector. Nils is no stranger to managing properties, having handled his own rental properties in the past. His expertise extends beyond inspections, encompassing home and auto maintenance, repair, and renovation. His hands-on experience offers a useful perspective in ensuring the quality of inspected properties.
Outside of work, Nils is an outdoor enthusiast. Anne Dara » Customer Service & Account Manager
A Jill of all skills, who happens to be a real estate investor and was an assistant to
Jason for 3+ years, Anne does a superb job solving the daily challenges of customer service
and account management. Thanks to her 14+ years of administrative and office management
experience, Anne has a knack for finding solutions that are always win-win outcomes for tenants,
owners and vendors alike. When Anne isn’t busy giving 110% at work she enjoys running, yoga,
working out, Orange Theory, and spending lots of time with her family.
Vincent Nola » Accountant
A graduate of Pepperdine University with an MBA in Business Administration, Vincent has
worked as a consultant for fee based property management companies for many years. The best
in the industry and an integral part of Utah Property Solutions, Vincent excels at keeping
track of every single penny, and leaves no stone un-turned. When he isn’t hard at work making
sure every I is dotted, and every T is crossed, Vincent enjoys writing in his spare time.
