One of the most stressful things you can experience as a property owner is having a vacant property and, more importantly, not knowing what's happening with it. This is why an open line of communication is important.
At Utah Property Solutions, we are committed to keeping you well-informed about your property. As we go through the leasing process, we provide you a minimum of one update per week, which is typically done every Monday. Our leasing manager will send a recap or an e-mail, or give you a call, to keep you posted on how many times we have shown your property and to relay any feedback we are getting from prospective tenants.
The leasing manager will also do a market analysis to make sure that your property remains competitively priced, and may offer some suggestions or move-in incentives. We will then reach out periodically throughout the week as needed, i.e. if we have questions about the property, if we have prospective tenants who have additional questions, or if we are getting close to signing a lease agreement.
Rest assured, we are doing everything that we can and are staying on top of things to make sure your property is getting leased as quickly as possible with the best possible tenant.
