Leaks Under Sink

Bill Rice from Utah Property Solutions walks through common water issues under the sink. Minor drips often come from the waste line, which can loosen if items are stored underneath. Hand-tightening the nuts on the waste line usually resolves the issue. If water leaks from the supply lines, tightening some connections may help, but if the leak persists, turn off the water supply to prevent damage. These same principles apply to bathroom sinks and toilet supply lines. Knowing where your shutoff valves are located can save you time and hassle when dealing with leaks.
