Tenant Screening

Jason Wolf gives a brief overview of how our team of professional property managers at Utah Property Solutions conducts tenant screening.

Utah Property Solutions has minimum rental criteria, and when a prospective tenant meets them, we will show them the property in person. If we see their interest in the property, we will email them an application link. Once they do the application, they will have to upload certain documentation like photo ID, pay stubs, bank statements, employment records, etc. Once they complete the application, we will run a 3-tier check on them - a national eviction check, a credit check and a criminal background check.
