Resident applications contain sensitive and private information, such as bank account details, social security numbers, and credit information. To protect the privacy and confidentiality of our residents, we maintain strict security measures and do not disclose such information to owners. However, there are instances where owners may request access to the lease agreement. In certain situations, owners may need to provide proof of income for refinancing purposes. In such cases, we are willing to share the signed lease agreement with the owner. Our primary concern is safeguarding the Privacy Act information of our residents, ensuring that their personal and financial details remain secure.
